So what?
if you knew how to see what an exe has inside you would already know that this program is harmless!
Looks like its used only for windows, its either can be used to flood a teamspeak server or mimic real users so you can promote your teamspeak as being active. You must be VIP to the website in order to use this bot. However there are other things you get access besides this bot. I suggest you go for it. I would if I had funds things are tight.

Its packed to prevent decompile of actual program. When AV cant scan file it gives false detection because AV thinks its virus.
Like everything you are installing all on own will.
