You requested a refund along with a PayPal purchase complaint. This is unacceptable behavior. As Supervisor mentioned, you should be banned.

Why would you even file a request for support after refunding a donation (VIP upgrade)? Do you realize how bad it looks to give money and then take the money away. This is like placing a delicious cup of coffee in front of someone, then punching it into their lap to sting them. Have an enjoyable holiday season, behave better.

BTW: To clarify, our servers cost $100+ monthly. This is not merely coffee money, our servers take donations to run.
