Check your hosts file and make sure it's correctly set up.

Am I doing something wrong?
I ran the autoinstall script on Linux Ubuntu 14.04.4 64-bit and the server started up just fine and all, but I don't see a new teamspeak directory anywhere? The only thing new is "ts3crack_0523".

It creates the TeamSpeak Server directory under the user you have specified. By example, if it's "civak" then it's gonna be right there: /home/civak/

Just installed this cript on my new vps with ubuntu 14.04

All thing where oke, => i used status to see the things and saw the accounting server didn't restart automatic

If i used that script for start it it automatic i will start but i also starts that tsdns server that i don't need, Advice?

It means what it means. Permission denied.
Don't know if you are using the automated script but make sure that you're running it as root.
And "chmod +x AccountingServerEmulator-Linux" would be a good try too.

No one should ever use 3.0.12.4 beta-1. It's bugged and crashes often.

error 97 is "Address family not supported by protocol" and those 111 are "Connection refused"
Try removing those ipv6 entries in your hosts file..

Yes its running look trough the htop processes.
But I kinda fixed it. Its not stopping every 2 hours anymore

In case that you have IP tables make sure that u active the port for the accountingserver

If you run out of options you might also try changing the name to futs and run ./futs
