Development need time. Just give them some time. I am sure they will give a answer on the end of this year. Teamspeak did a lot this year and I hope they keep this up. I know a lot hate this new licence system but just give them some time. I am sure this is just temporarily.

Judging by the way TeamSpeak are working currently it seems that TS5 could become interesting as they are working with some of the top developers in the country. With the all new Abyss partnership we may see some cool ass functions with it.
For those that do not know what Abyss is Abyss is a digital distribution platform for the best MMO’s it’s similar to steam but more based upon MMO.
With this being a new UI, it seems they could be putting input and development into this project as well, which basically means time can only tell when TS5 will truely be ready for all the gamers.
We were promised it in Q4 which they did fail on but this is the same as any other company when do companies really ever hit deadlines of big release dates, unless ofc you are Apple! No joke.
Judging by the way TeamSpeak are keeping this hush hush I do sincerely hope that they release this for December 2018 as this will make it a whole lot more interesting especially around Christmas time!
As for the UI that people have been submitting ignore this so called SHIT as it’s roughly a 3-2 year old rumour.
That’s all folks, hope this summons everything up

If these people leave bottles on the floor (bottom left), how can they possibly make a large platform more beneficial than for example Discord or Steam?
At this point, I believe TeamSpeak is clinging on for dear life with whatever partnerships they can get their frail hands on. I am picturing TeamSpeak as an old lady with a walker on ice about to try some icy stairs - oh fuck!
Even more, an apparently important figure behind "The Abyss" is a male named Vladimir shown in this Twitter posting.
If this guy is flying all around the world and trying to convince people to purchase Abyss tokens, where is his time for launching a successful TeamSpeak collaboration? I think with how incredibly money-hungry this guy seems from posting himself to social media so often (like a girl does on Instagram).. the future of TeamSpeak is doubly ruined. We can only pray now!

You're wondering what's going on with TS5. Our next-generation TeamSpeak Client is being tested and the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive. However, we're still in the process of polishing and tweaking things before we can make it available to all of you.
You probably guessed it already... TS5 will not be be publicly released in 2018. Still, since we really appreciate your feedback, we will (very) soon publish a new microsite, where you'll get a glimpse of what the upcoming TeamSpeak Client version looks like.
We're introducing new testers in subsequent waves, so you'll be notified when you're added to the Closed Beta. At this point, I can't give you an ETA for an Open Beta.

I have saying R.I.P. we are waiting the same think with TeamSpeak Sync. aka. myTeamSpeak, TeamSpeak has never met a release date.

Exactly.. TeamSpeak is years too late. I think the latest time point to turn the tide was beginning this year. But then they would have to have release a finished TS5 client at this point.
