Did you try to delete the contents of the cache folder and add ur WEB IP to whitelist TS3 server? And to refresh the page?

It was all set Correctly!!! i have removed that from my website now.(Now i use Wordpress) but thanks for trying to help me!!

You have in /config/config.cfg line $config["general"]["christmasmode"]
If you put true, the mode chistmas have set automaticaly in December.
If you put false, the mode is disable permanently.
